Demographic Validation

Our staff ensures that every character in the Member’s ID and their DOB information are accurate. When required, we contact your patient to ensure accurate insurance verification.

Coverage Validation

Our staff confirms with the insurance carrier that your patient has active coverage on the day of their appointment. In the absence of coverage, we will collect the active coverage information from the patient or the previous insurance carrier.

Benefits Validation

Our staff obtains every patient’s detailed visit-specific information regarding copay, coinsurance, deductible, plan limitations, in-network or out-of-network benefits. We also handle COB issues.

Client Billing Software Update

All verification and benefit information collected are entered into your PMS / EMR for every patient, so that the information collected is accessible to everyone.

Dedicated Account Executive

We provide round-the-clock easy phone access for the physician, office manager, and office staff by assigning a dedicated account executive to address all types of inquires and requests.
